Who are we?

Olumide Olowoye M.Sc
President,
Director of Operations

Olumide Olowoye holds a master’s degree in International Finance from London South Bank University, United Kingdom and worked as a Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of a regulated financial institution for 14 years prior to his migration to Canada. His love and passion for care for the challenged youths and adults made him to pursue a career change on his arrival in Canada; hence he studied Personal Support Work program at the Barrie Learning Centre, Ontario. He has worked in the frontline and supervisory capacity assisting the hard-to-serve, people diagnosed with trauma, and complex special needs in organized assisted living facilities in Ontario.

Olumide is the principal promoter of Bluconsult Canada – working with health care providers to reverse their staffing deficit by facilitating a steady supply of efficient support workers to groups and congregate homes. He is the Owner/founder of Kingdom Kids International School; currently providing elementary education to over 500 children in Africa and he is an experienced professional with over 19 years leadership experience in finance industry, education industry and care. His acquired leadership skills, work experiences and educational backgrounds always plays a big role in his success, making him deliver expectations above and beyond.

Nancy Ndubuisi B.Sc
Vice President/ Director of Client Services

Nancy is an experienced passionate care giver with well over 8 years of humanitarian services and 4 years of providing services and support to individuals with special needs, childcare, youths, seniors, including seniors in acute care. She holds a Bachelors Degree in communications and a diploma in Medical Office Administrative Assistant from ABM College, Alberta.

Nancy’s interest and passion for holistic care motivated her into establishing a non-governmental program, where over 300 vulnerable women and girl child were empowered, educated and advocated for by her organized team of social workers, behaviour therapists and legal practitioners while in her home country.

Since her migration to Canada, Nancy has been passionately serving in the field of health care with in-depth interest in complex special care and a strong drive in mental health. This surely has become a way of life for her. She has worked in the frontline and supervisory capacity in complex care institutions across Montreal, Ontario and Alberta and she is currently pursuing a program in Nursing in one of the prestigous academic institutions in Calgary.

Darpan Patel
Human Resources Manager

With 12 years of experience in HR and operations, Darpan Patel is a results-oriented leader who implements human resource programs and policies, as well as talent acquisition, retention, and motivation strategies that enable companies to leverage the full potential of one of their most significant assets – their workforce. He is committed to fostering strong corporate cultures that encourage ongoing business development and enhance client loyalty by empowering and inspiring employees to achieve their maximum potential and perform at their best. Darpan possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and is on the path to becoming a Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR). He has effectively spearheaded various HR initiatives that have led to improved retention rates, bolstered diversity and inclusion efforts, and refined organizational development programs across multiple organizations. Additionally, he has played a crucial role in aligning HR practices with environmentally sustainable business strategies, assisting organizations in adopting eco-friendly operations while enhancing employee engagement. His outstanding communication abilities and friendly demeanor establish him as a reliable resource for employees in need of support. g time with his wife and teenage children, reading, and further development of his mentoring skills.

Anika Wiebe BA.Psychology
Program Manager

Anika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is committed to using her education to support complex needs youth in achieving their full potential. Her expertise is in therapeutic conversation and providing unconditional positive regard to others. Anika hopes to achieve her master’s degree to continue supporting youths of vulnerable communities. Anika specializes in client-centered care while providing youth with opportunities through cultural, educational and recreational programs.

She has previously worked with high needs youth on an interdisciplinary team and has transitioned to her position as Program Manager with the same approach. In her position with our organization, Anika is responsible for organizing programs that improve the well-being of our clients while leading the staff who provide them daily support. Since graduating from Mount Royal University, Anika has focused on merging her knowledge of Indigenous studies and Gender Studies with a psychological approach to provide inclusive care for all youths. Her hope is to bridge a variety of gaps in frontline care by advocating for youths on the spectrum of complex needs.
